Refund and Returns

We want you to love what you receive. Because each item is made to order, we only offer refunds or exchanges for items that arrive defective, damaged, or with a printing error.


📦 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item is misprinted
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or wrong size orders (please check the size guide carefully)
  • Gift cards or digital downloads
  • Health/personal care items
  • Sale items

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank
  3. If needed, contact us

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request a replacement, contact us with the issue and your order number.


🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit once the return is approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.


🚚 Returns Shipping

To return an eligible item, email us first. Do not send your item back to the original manufacturer.

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a trackable service for peace of mind.
